Our Testing Process
To ensure the smoothest possible journey for all our clients, we operate a proven four-step process:
- Free Strip and Inspection – As soon as we receive your unit, one of our highly trained engineers will carefully strip and inspect your unit, completely free of charge.
- No Obligation Quote –Following their inspection, our engineer will provide you with a findings report and a no-obligation quote for any repairs.
- Repair Process – If you’re happy with your quote, our skilled engineers will replace any damaged/ worn parts as well as all bearings and seals, mating faces will be reworked and your unit will be cleaned once more. Finally, everything will be reassembled to OEM specifications ready to be tested.
- Full Post Repair Testing – To ensure our repairs have been effective, we’ll check your unit using our hydraulic test rig. We’ll simulate normal working conditions and carefully examine the unit to ensure it is working to OEM specifications, before returning it to you good as new.
