As part of the repair process, all damaged and worn parts will be replaced, along with all bearings and seals. Mating faces will be reworked, and the unit will be thoroughly cleaned before being rebuilt back to OEM specifications. As standard, any unit received with fittings will be returned to customers cleaned and all O-rings will be replaced.
The unit will then be tested on our custom-built test rig. Our test rig has been designed specifically for purpose and has the flexibility to test the majority of products available.
The main difference between the Kayaba MSF and MSG motors lies in their application and design: the MSF is a compact, light swashplate type piston motor for construction and agricultural machines, while the MSG incorporates a simple planetary reduction gear and is ideal for excavator swing systems.
The primary difference between Kayaba PSVL and PSVD pumps lies in their flow control and application. PSVL pumps are single flow, load-sensing (L/S), while PSVD pumps are split flow, open pumps.
