Enhanced Performance: Repairing your Liebherr hydraulic pump can enhance its performance, ensuring a smoother operation. By addressing issues promptly, you can prevent further damage and maintain high levels of productivity.
Cost Savings: Investing in repair services can be more cost-effective than replacing the entire hydraulic component. Repairing worn or damaged parts can prolong the lifespan of the pump, motor or valve block, saving you money in the long run.
Minimised Downtime: Hydraulic pump failure can disrupt operations and lead to financial losses. Timely repair services can minimise downtime by addressing issues and restoring functionality to your Liebherr equipment.
Extended Lifespan: Proper repair and reconditioning can extend the lifespan of your hydraulic components, delaying the need for costly replacements. We rework and rebuild rather than replace, preserving the integrity of the unit over time.

All units received into the workshop are cleaned before being stripped. One of our skilled engineers will then carefully dismantle and inspect your unit free of charge.
Our inspection is followed up with comprehensive findings report and competitive no obligation quote for any required work.
As part of the repair process, all damaged and worn parts will be replaced, along with all bearings and seals. Mating faces will be reworked, and the unit will be thoroughly cleaned before being rebuilt back to OEM specifications. As standard, any unit received with fittings will be returned to customers cleaned and all O-rings will be replaced.
The unit will then be tested on our custom-built test rig. Our test rig has been designed specifically for purpose and has the flexibility to test the majority of products available.
Like any hydraulic system, a Liebherr hydraulic pump will start to show a similar selection of signs that it is failing. It will be for the greater good of your operational efficiency and your equipment quality to keep an eye out for excessive noise and heat, more vibration than normal and reduced performance.
Common causes of hydraulic failure include contaminated fluid, worn seals and bearings, excessive heat and general wear from heavy use. Equipment can also fail due to low-quality replacement parts.
The timeframe will vary depending on the specific issue, the pump model, its size and how easily the necessary parts can be sourced. A complete strip, inspection, repair and testing process can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
We repair hydraulic pumps, motors, final drives, swing gear boxes, centre swivel joints and control valve blocks fitted across the Liebherr range, from excavators to wheel loaders and dozers.
Look out for slow or jerky movements, unusual noises, overheating, fluid leaks, or a noticeable drop in power and performance during normal operation.
Liebherr systems are precision-engineered, so they need specialist knowledge to repair correctly. Our experienced team rebuild units back to OEM specification, backed by a 12-month written warranty.
